On January 30, Agricultural Bank of China (ABC) announced that it has received the "Approval of the National Financial Regulatory Administration on the Qualification of Zhang Hongwu as a Director of Agricultural Bank of China" (Document No. Jin Fu [2026] 50).

In accordance with relevant regulations, the appointment of Zhang Hongwu as a Non-Executive Director of Agricultural Bank of China has now taken effect.
