OUE REIT issues 5.72 million new units to satisfy management fee

OUE Real Estate Investment Trust announced on Oct, 28 2025 that it has issued 5,722,544 new units at 0.3454 Singapore dollars per unit as partial payment of its base management fee for the period from Jul, 01 2025 to Sep, 30 2025.

The new units, representing 50 per cent of the base fee for the quarter, were issued directly to OUE Limited under a pre-arranged sale agreement with the trust’s manager.

Following the allotment, OUE REIT’s total units in issue stand at 5,519,345,062, while the manager continues to hold no units in the trust.
