CGN Power (1816) announced completion of payment for the acquisition of 82% equity interests in CGN Huizhou Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. and 100% equity interests in CGN Huizhou No. 2 Nuclear Power Co., Ltd., CGN Huizhou No. 3 Nuclear Power Co., Ltd., and CGN Zhanjiang Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. The transaction had been approved at the 2025 first extraordinary general meeting, the 2025 second H shareholders’ class meeting, and the 2025 second A shareholders’ class meeting.

According to the announcement, the closing date is the last calendar day of the calendar month in which payment is completed. Each of these four companies became a subsidiary of CGN Power on 31 October 2025, marking the completion of the transaction.
