The establishment of Guizhou Liupanshui Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. has received official authorization.

The approval was issued by the Guizhou Supervision Bureau of the National Financial Regulatory Administration, permitting the preparatory work for the new financial institution to proceed.

The preparatory working group has been instructed to conduct the establishment process in full compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The group is required to complete the preparatory work within a six-month period starting from the date of the approval notice.

Throughout the establishment phase, the preparatory activities will be subject to the supervision and guidance of the Liupanshui Financial Supervision Sub-bureau.

Upon successful completion of the preparatory work, the bank must submit a formal application to commence business operations to the Liupanshui Financial Supervision Sub-bureau, following the stipulated procedures and requirements.
