SouthGobi Resources Ltd. (SOUTHGOBI) has announced the online publication of its 2025 Annual Report and confirmed a full transition to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications under Hong Kong’s updated paperless listing regime.

The English and Chinese versions of the 2025 Annual Report and related materials are now accessible in the “Investor Relations – Financial Reports” section of the company’s website (www.southgobi.com) and on the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

In line with the amended Listing Rule 2.07A, effective 31 December 2023, SouthGobi will cease routine distribution of printed corporate documents. Shareholders who hold their shares via intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited—are asked to provide a functional email address through those channels to receive electronic notifications.

Non-registered shareholders that do not supply an email address will need to visit the company’s website or HKEXnews to monitor future releases. Stakeholders preferring hard-copy reports can request printed versions by writing to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong, or by emailing SouthGobi.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their name, address and request.
