Daiwa House Asset Management Asia Pte. Ltd., the manager of Daiwa House Logistics Trust, said it has issued 452,540 new units in the trust on Nov, 27 2025 as part payment of its base management fee for the period from Jul, 1 2025 to Sep, 30 2025.

The new units were issued to the manager at 0.5807 Singapore dollars each, a price based on the volume-weighted average traded price of the trust’s units on Singapore Exchange over the last ten business days of the relevant period.

After the issuance, Daiwa House Logistics Trust has 700,333,978 units in circulation. Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd., the sponsor of the trust, holds 94,082,578 units, representing 13.43% of the total, a figure that includes units held through the manager.
