The company's shareholder deposited 952 million shares into Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HSBC).

In a separate announcement, Fantasia Holdings stated that on August 6, 2026, it converted 50% of the initial issuance size of mandatory convertible bonds, resulting in the issuance of 1.286 billion shares upon conversion of these mandatory convertible bonds.
