Beijing UBOX Online Technology Corp. (2429) entered into a trusted asset management platform services agreement on November 20, 2025, with Ant Double Chain Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Under this arrangement, Ant Double Chain Technology will provide on-chain software development kits (SDKs), related services, and core infrastructure over a two-year term from the day the products and services are delivered.

According to the announcement, the company’s network of vending machines will be equipped with on-chain data recording capabilities. The Board indicated that this step aims to secure verifiable machine data to support potential incentive programs for franchisees, citing that it would bring reliable benefits for future operations.

Ant Double Chain Technology is engaged in the development, design, manufacturing, and sale of computer software, along with network and multimedia technology research and development. It is stated in the announcement that Ant Double Chain Technology and its associates are independent of Beijing UBOX Online Technology Corp. and its connected persons.
