Bank of Zhengzhou Granted Approval for Capital and General Bond Issuance

Bank Of Zhengzhou Co.,Ltd. has announced the receipt of regulatory approvals to issue new bonds for capital strengthening and general financing purposes.

The bank stated it received an official permit from the People's Bank of China, granting authorization to issue capital replenishment bonds in both the domestic interbank market and overseas markets.

This approval is valid until June 30, 2027, allowing the bank to issue these bonds in tranches at its discretion within this period.

The permit stipulates that the incremental outstanding balance of these capital bonds by the expiry date must not exceed 6 billion yuan, with the total outstanding balance not exceeding 16 billion yuan.

Separately, the bank received another permit from the central bank to issue general financial bonds, which includes bonds with designated use of proceeds.

This approval is also valid until June 30, 2027, and permits the bank to conduct the issuance in stages.

The terms allow for an incremental outstanding balance of up to 20 billion yuan and a total outstanding balance not exceeding 27 billion yuan for these general financial bonds by the validity period's end.
