Neo-Neon Holdings Limited disclosed in its latest Next Day Disclosure Return (24 August 2026) that it repurchased 80,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HK$0.190 and HK$0.198 per share, for a total consideration of HK$15,600. All repurchased shares are intended for cancellation.

As of the same date, Neo-Neon’s issued share capital remained unchanged at 2.09 billion ordinary shares, with no treasury shares on hand. However, 3.64 million shares bought back between 30 December 2025 and 24 August 2026 were still pending formal cancellation as at the reporting date. Once cancelled, the outstanding share count will be reduced accordingly.

The current repurchase activity forms part of the mandate approved on 20 June 2025, which authorises the company to buy back up to 209.45 million shares. To date, 3.64 million shares have been repurchased under this mandate, representing 0.17% of the issued share base at the mandate date. Following the latest transaction, Neo-Neon is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring any treasury shares, effective until 23 September 2026.

The weighted-average purchase price of the cumulative repurchases to date stands at approximately HK$0.36 per share, compared with HK$0.195 per share for the most recent transaction, reflecting the lower market price environment in August 2026.

All repurchases were executed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in accordance with the Main Board Listing Rules, and Neo-Neon reported no material changes to the terms set out in its explanatory statement dated 28 April 2025.
