Eli Lilly is in advanced talks to buy Ventyx Biosciences for more than $1 billion, the Wall Street Journal reported on Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter. Shares of Ventyx surged 63.3% in overnight trading following the report, which said the deal could be announced imminently.

Mobileye shares jumped 10% in overnight trading, after the company announced a $900 million acquisition of humanoid robotics startup Mentee Robotics. The deal is expected to combine Mobileye’s AI technology and production capabilities with Mentee’s humanoid robot platform, positioning the company as a leader in both autonomous driving and humanoid robotics markets.

Terrestrial Energy shares jumped another 8.7% in overnight trading. The company surged more than 30% on Tuesday after the company announced it had executed an agreement with the U.S. Department of Energy for Project TETRA, a pilot reactor initiative using its Integral Molten Salt Reactor technology.

MSCI said on Tuesday it will not proceed with a proposal to exclude digital asset treasury companies, or DATCOs, from its indexes, but will launch a broader consultation on how non-operating companies should be treated. That means Strategy will remain in the firm's global benchmarks for now. Strategy shares jumped 6% in overnight trading.
