China Reinsurance (Group) Corporation (1508) announced that amendments to its Articles of Association, approved at its extraordinary general meeting on 28 November 2025, have been granted official approval by the National Financial Regulatory Administration on 23 January 2026. These amendments take effect from the date of approval.

According to the announcement, the Board of Supervisors has been abolished. Its functions and powers will now be exercised by the Board’s audit committee, and the special committees under the former Board of Supervisors are simultaneously abolished. Consequently, four supervisors, namely Mr. Zhu Hailin, Mr. Zeng Cheng, Mr. Qin Yueguang, and Mr. Li Jingye, no longer serve in those roles. Each confirmed there is no disagreement with the Board.
