YUNJI (02670) has announced the appointment of Jialin Capital Limited as its new compliance advisor, effective from August 1, 2026.

This appointment is made in accordance with Rule 3A.27 of the Listing Rules. The engagement will continue until the earlier of the following two dates: the date on which the company complies with Rule 13.46 of the Listing Rules for its first full financial year after the listing date (the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026), or the date on which the compliance advisory agreement with Jialin Capital is terminated under its terms.

Jialin Capital is a licensed corporation authorized to conduct Type 6 regulated activity (advising on corporate finance) under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
