Giordano International Limited (709) announced receipt of a joint statement from Sino Wealth International Limited (Sino Wealth) and Clear Prosper Global Limited (Clear Prosper) concerning settlement and payments to qualifying shareholders. Under the settlement, Sino Wealth and Clear Prosper will implement a payment plan for shareholders who held Giordano shares on May 18, 2016 (entitled to HK$0.996 per share) and on September 13, 2022 (entitled to HK$0.412 per share). Eligible shareholders need to submit completed claim forms and supporting ownership documentation to the appointed adjudicator, Quam Capital Limited, by 5:00 p.m. on May 16, 2026. Verification of claims will follow, with outcomes conveyed by July 16, 2026. Any rejected claims can be supplemented by August 16, 2026, after which final determinations will be issued on October 16, 2026. If successful, payments will be dispatched by October 30, 2026.

Shareholders with questions should contact Quam Capital Limited within the specified dates. All payments will be made via cheques mailed to successful claimants, and Sino Wealth, Clear Prosper, and Giordano disclaim any further liability once cheques are posted.
