Maoyan Entertainment has issued a reminder that all future corporate communications—including directors’ reports, annual and interim accounts, notices of meeting, circulars and proxy forms—will be distributed exclusively in electronic form.

The materials will be accessible in both English and Chinese on the company’s investor-relations website (https://ir.maoyan.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will no longer be provided unless shareholders explicitly request them.

The company confirmed it has not yet received email addresses from certain registered shareholders. Those investors are encouraged to:

1. Scan the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form to submit a functional email address; or 2. Sign and return the reply form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

Until an email address is provided, any actionable corporate communications—documents requiring shareholder instructions—will be sent in hard copy. Shareholders preferring printed materials for all communications may email maoyan.ecom@computershare.com.hk or return the reply form indicating their preference; such requests remain valid for one year.
