WAI HUNG GROUP (03321) announced that Ms. Dong Qing has tendered her resignation as the company's Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee, effective from October 31, 2025.

Following Ms. Dong's resignation, the company no longer complies with Rule 3.10(1) and Rule 3.10A of the Listing Rules, as well as Provision B.3.5 of the Corporate Governance Code. To adhere to the Listing Rules, the company will make every effort to identify a suitable candidate for the Independent Non-Executive Director position as soon as possible.
