China Tourism Group Duty Free Corporation Limited (CTG Duty Free) will convene its Board of Directors on 30 October 2026 in Beijing to review and approve the group’s financial results for the nine months ended 30 September 2026. The agenda also includes the potential declaration of an interim dividend and other board resolutions.

The meeting will be chaired by Mr. Fan Yunjun, who serves as the non-executive director and chairman of the Board. Other board members comprise executive directors Mr. Chang Zhujun, Mr. Wang Yuehao and Mr. Wang Xuan, alongside independent non-executive directors Mr. Wang Qiang, Mr. Huang Jianhua and Ms. Han Yingjiao.

Following board approval, the company intends to publish its third-quarter results. Further details on any dividend recommendation will be disclosed after the meeting.
