RIGOL (stock code: 00537) has announced the appointment of Mr. Sun Ningxiao as the company's Co-General Manager.

The decision was made during the third session of the seventh board of directors meeting held on August 7, 2026, where a resolution on the appointment was formally approved.

According to the announcement, Mr. Sun Ningxiao was nominated by the company's Chairman, Mr. Wang Yue. The Board of Directors agreed to appoint Mr. Sun to the position of Co-General Manager, with his term of office commencing from the date of the board's approval and continuing until the conclusion of the current board's term.
