On 9 February 2026, Amasse Capital Holdings Limited (08168) issued 6,000,000 new ordinary shares through the exercise of share options granted under its share option scheme adopted on 26 February 2018. The exercise price for each share was HKD 0.10.

This addition represents approximately 0.48% of the previously issued 1,237,700,000 shares. Following the transaction, the total number of issued shares stands at 1,243,700,000.
