PKU RES-NEW (00618) surged more than 32% in afternoon trading, reaching HK$0.242 per share with a turnover of HK$2.5709 million by press time. The rally followed the company's interim results announcement for the six months ended September 30, 2025.

The group reported revenue of RMB807 million, up 8.05% year-on-year, while shareholders' net profit reached RMB1.875 billion, reversing from a loss in the comparable period. Basic earnings per share stood at 68.5 cents.

Revenue growth was primarily driven by the e-commerce and distribution segment, which contributed an additional RMB116 million from new platforms and product lines. The property investment and management business also saw a modest increase of approximately RMB3.476 million.
