Yuk Wing Group (01536) has announced that all conditions precedent for its acquisition have been fulfilled, with the transaction officially completed on September 22, 2026.

The company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Shangbiao Limited, has finalized the purchase of a 65% equity interest in Anhui Runsheng Power Technology Co., Ltd. from Mr. Fang Haibo, at a total consideration of RMB 37.5 million.

Following the completion, Yuk Wing Group now beneficially owns 65% of the target company, which has become an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the group. Consequently, the target company's financial statements will be consolidated into the group's financial reports.
