SG Micro (03661) shares surged nearly 10% in Hong Kong trading, last up 7.93% at HK$98.05 with turnover of HK$71.174 million.

According to a report from the Chip World public account, analog chip giant Analog Devices has issued a price hike notice, stating it will adjust prices across its entire product portfolio effective September 13, 2026. Notably, analog chip prices have been rising this year, with STMicroelectronics and Texas Instruments previously issuing similar price hike letters.

Everbright Securities previously noted that the analog chip industry is entering a price hike cycle, and SG Micro, as a leading analog chip company, stands to benefit from the industry's upward cycle. Among analog integrated circuit manufacturers, overseas giants like Texas Instruments and Analog Devices dominate the global analog chip market with decades of technical expertise, tens of thousands of product portfolios, and global customer resources. SG Micro ranks eighth globally and first in China by 2025 revenue, commanding a 1.8% global market share, while the top-ranked manufacturer holds a 9.8% share.
