TSUI WAH HLDG (ASX: 01314) has announced its full-year financial results for the period ending March 31, 2026.

The group reported total revenue of HK$883 million, representing a decrease of 2.56% compared to the previous year.

Profit attributable to the company's equity shareholders for the year was HK$9.281 million, marking a significant decline of 24.8% year-on-year.

Earnings per share for the period were reported at HK$0.007.

The company attributed the reduction in revenue to several challenging factors in its operating environment.

These include unfavorable economic conditions in both Hong Kong and Mainland China, an increase in northbound traffic from Hong Kong, and intense competition within the Mainland China food and beverage sector.

Furthermore, ongoing geopolitical tensions have indirectly heightened macroeconomic uncertainty, leading to a more cautious overall consumer sentiment in the market.
