Red Avenue New Materials Group Co., Ltd. (SH: 603650) has announced the preliminary price range for its H-share global offering, set between HK$39 and HK$44 per share.

The company plans to issue a base of 68.1187 million H-shares in the global offering. Of this total, approximately 6.8119 million shares, or about 10%, are initially allocated for the Hong Kong public offering, subject to reallocation. The remaining 61.3068 million shares, or about 90%, are designated for the international offering, also subject to reallocation.

The Hong Kong public offering for the H-shares is scheduled to begin on September 21, 2026, and is expected to conclude on September 24, 2026. The final offer price is anticipated to be announced on or before September 28, 2026.

Trading of the company's H-shares is expected to commence on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on September 29, 2026.
