Yimei International Holdings (01870) has announced a corporate name change, effective from a recent date. After receiving shareholder approval, the company obtained a certificate of incorporation on change of name from the Cayman Islands Registrar of Companies on 23 June 2026, officially changing its English name from Acme International Holdings Limited to Green Power Group Limited. The Chinese dual foreign name has also been updated from Yimei International Holdings Limited to Green Power Group Limited.

The Hong Kong Companies Registry issued a certificate of registration of change of name of registered non-Hong Kong company on 14 July 2026, confirming that the new English name Green Power Group Limited and the new Chinese name Green Power Group Limited have been registered under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

Following the name change, the company's shares will trade on the Stock Exchange under the new English stock short name GREEN POWER GP and the new Chinese stock short name Green Power Group, effective from 9:00 a.m. on 18 August 2026. The existing English stock short name ACME INTL HLDGS and the existing Chinese stock short name Yimei International Holdings will cease to be used. The company's stock code 1870 remains unchanged.
