When asked about the Dutch Enterprise Court’s decision to launch an investigation into alleged mismanagement by ON Semiconductor, the spokesperson stated that China has taken note of the development. The spokesperson emphasized that restoring stability to the global semiconductor supply chain is an urgent common goal for the international industry, including both Chinese and Dutch stakeholders. It is hoped that the Netherlands will act in a mutually constructive manner and, in the interest of maintaining the stability of the global semiconductor industry chain, create favorable conditions for the two sides to resolve internal disputes through consultation.
