Mexan Limited reported that Executive Director Ms. Wong Yuen Fan has tendered her resignation from both the Board and the Executive Committee, effective 27 March 2026, to focus on other business commitments. According to the filing, Ms. Wong confirmed there is no disagreement with the Board and no other matters requiring shareholder attention.

Upon the effective date, Mexan’s Executive Directors will comprise Chairman Mr. Lun Yiu Kay Edwin, Mr. Ng Ka Kit, and Mr. Law Hok Yu, while the Independent Non-Executive Directors remain Dr. Tse Kwing Chuen, Mr. Lau Shu Kan, Mr. Chao Howard, and Ms. Li Ching Yi.

The Board expressed sincere gratitude for Ms. Wong’s contributions during her tenure.
