C CARBONNEUTRAL (01372) announced its audited annual results for the year ended June 30, 2025. The group achieved total revenue of HK$579 million, with a loss attributable to owners of HK$7.45 million and loss per share of HK$1.32 cents.

Looking ahead, the group has decided to establish an integrated business innovation model in the new energy sector encompassing solar, charging, storage, operations and management. The company plans to develop distributed photovoltaic commercial models and actively pursue used battery cascade utilization and related businesses, leveraging Henan Zailiang New Energy Recycling Co., Ltd's inclusion on the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's whitelist for comprehensive utilization of used batteries. Furthermore, the company will utilize blockchain and artificial intelligence technologies to develop the Xunli.com data technology platform, enabling an integrated online and offline platform for new energy battery utilization while embracing digital era development and digital technology.
