Homeland Interactive Technology Ltd. Public Float • The company confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25 % public-float requirement as at 30 April 2026.

The filing affirms that all share movements were authorized by the board and executed in accordance with Hong Kong listing rules and relevant regulations.
