DATA UNION CAP Records Stable Share Capital and Maintains Public Float in May 2026 Monthly Return

Data Union Capital International Holdings Group Limited (DATA UNION CAP) released its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 31 May 2026, confirming a stable capital structure and continued compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange public-float requirements.

Authorised and Issued Share Capital • Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.05 each, equal to HKD 50.00 million. • Issued share capital stood at 345.60 million ordinary shares, identical to the prior month. No treasury shares were held or cancelled, leaving total issued shares unchanged at 345.60 million.

Public Float Compliance • The company affirmed that it met the minimum 25% public-float threshold stipulated under GEM Rule 17.37D(1) as at 31 May 2026.

Equity Incentive Schemes • Under the Share Option Scheme adopted on 24 October 2017, no share options were outstanding, granted, exercised, or cancelled during the month. • Up to 16.00 million shares remain available for future grant under the scheme. • No funds were raised from option exercises in May.

Other Securities and Movements • The issuer reported no activity relating to warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issuance agreements. • There were no issuances, repurchases, or transfers of treasury shares during the month.

Governance Confirmation Director Mai Junhui confirmed that all statutory and regulatory requirements were observed, and that the equity information disclosed is complete and accurate.

With no changes to its share structure and confirmed regulatory compliance, DATA UNION CAP enters June 2026 maintaining a consistent shareholder base and authorised capital framework.
