CHINA WATER (HKEX: 00855) has announced that on June 30, 2026, its board of directors resolved to grant share options to Mr. Duan, the Chairman, an Executive Director, and a major shareholder, under the share option scheme.

The options confer the right to subscribe for up to a total of 78.8 million new shares at an exercise price of HK$4.51 per share.

The grant is conditional upon acceptance by Mr. Duan and approval by shareholders at a general meeting.
