Rongta Technology (Xiamen) Group Co., Ltd. (“Rongta Tech”) announced a delay in publishing its audited results for the year ended 31 December 2025. Under Hong Kong Listing Rule 13.49, the company was required to release its annual results on or before 31 March 2026. The auditor has requested additional time to complete outstanding work, pushing the anticipated release to within April 2026.

The board meeting originally scheduled for 31 March 2026 to approve the results has been postponed until further notice.

Consequently, trading in the company’s H-shares will be suspended from 9:00 a.m. on 1 April 2026, pending publication of the audited results.

Rongta Tech plans to issue a separate announcement detailing the remaining audit procedures, the expected completion timeline and the exact publication date once available. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
