The board of SUNCORP TECH (01063) has announced a proposed share consolidation. The plan is to consolidate every five (5) issued and unissued existing shares, each with a par value of HK$0.006, into one (1) consolidated share with a par value of HK$0.030.

This share consolidation is subject to approval by shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting, among other conditions.

Furthermore, the board has recommended a change to the board lot size for trading on the Stock Exchange. The proposed change is from 10,000 existing shares to 5,000 consolidated shares per board lot. This adjustment is conditional upon the share consolidation taking effect.
