Yuexiu Property disclosed that on 30 June 2026, its 95.48%-owned subsidiary Guangzhou Yunhu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. secured land parcel AH041208 in Pazhou Middle and East Zone, Haizhu District, Guangzhou, through public tender at a consideration of RMB1.37 billion.
The plot covers approximately 20,415 sq.m. with a planned total gross floor area of about 36,000 sq.m., of which 22,650 sq.m. will count toward the plot ratio. Designated for residential development, all completed units are intended for sale.
Planning terms require Yuexiu Property to undertake the construction of roads, green spaces and a river channel totaling no less than 11,355 sq.m.; ownership of these facilities will be transferred to the Guangzhou Municipal Government at no cost upon completion.
Strategically located south of Xingang East Road and east of Yangqing Road, the site lies roughly 4.5 km from Yuexiu Property’s existing projects in Pazhou West Zone and around 200 m from the nearest metro station. The parcel faces the “Pazhou Eye” planning hub within Guangzhou’s Artificial Intelligence and Digital Economy Pilot Zone, surrounded by established educational, commercial and residential amenities.
The company views the acquisition as a cost-effective addition to its land bank that strengthens its presence in Guangzhou.
