Non-registered shareholders may obtain a printed copy free of charge by submitting a written request to the Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar, Union Registrars Limited, at Suites 3301-04, 33/F, Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong, or via email to 1259-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk. Shareholders who hold Prosper Future shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited and prefer to receive corporate communications electronically are advised to provide a functional email address to their respective intermediaries. If no valid email address is supplied, electronic notifications of future publications cannot be delivered.

The notice, dated 17 September 2026, reiterates that requests for printed copies can be made at any time and emphasizes that the company will dispatch such copies at no cost upon receipt of a shareholder’s request.
