Huscoke Holdings Limited released its latest quarterly update on the status of trading resumption, detailing operational risks, financing progress, and legal measures while confirming that its shares have remained suspended since 30 March 2026.
The Group—focused on coke trading, coal-related ancillary businesses, and coke production—continues to seek compliance with Hong Kong Listing Rule 13.24. Central to the resumption plan is the commissioning of two coking furnaces owned by Shanxi Jinyan Energy Technology Company Limited (“Energy Technology”).
Coking furnace capacity at risk • On 12 June 2026 the Jinan Intermediate People’s Court rejected Huscoke’s objection regarding the potential seizure and auction of production-capacity quotas linked to Energy Technology’s furnaces. • Enforcement would directly affect the Group’s ability to commission the two coking furnaces; however, Energy Technology advised on 22 June 2026 that Shanxi provincial policy makes an actual auction “unlikely.” Negotiations with the enforcement applicant are under way, and Huscoke is monitoring developments closely.
Financing discussions progressing • Energy Technology reported on 20 May 2026 that it has reached consensus on financing with a state-owned enterprise and a provincial joint-stock commercial bank. • A provincial SASAC-controlled enterprise has also expressed interest in participation, with detailed plans currently under discussion. • Timely funding is considered critical for Energy Technology to meet construction and delivery obligations and to facilitate the commencement of coking furnace production.
Legal recourse initiated Huscoke has begun pursuing Energy Technology’s liability for failing to deliver auxiliary facilities required for furnace commissioning according to schedule. Legal advice has been sought, and further action is under consideration.
Ongoing disclosure and suspension status Since trading suspension, the Company has continued regular disclosures to ensure transparency. Trading in Huscoke’s shares will remain halted until further notice, and the Board will issue additional announcements and quarterly updates in line with Listing Rule 13.24A.
Shareholders and potential investors are cautioned to exercise prudence when dealing in Huscoke Holdings’ shares.
