E LIGHTING (HKEX: 08222) has announced that on July 8, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Silver Life Limited (acting as the tenant), has finalized the terms of a lease agreement with Wong Pak Sang Limited (the landlord) to secure a retail shop for the group's retail operations. The property is located at G/F, 625 Shanghai Street, Kowloon.

The total consideration payable is not less than HK$1.36 million, which represents the aggregate basic monthly rent for the three-year lease term, excluding government rates, air conditioning and management fees, promotional expenses, and other outgoings.
