Other office buildings within Taikoo Place reached an occupancy rate of 88%, with rents down by 14%. In Mainland China, the office component of Taikoo Hui achieved an occupancy rate of 90%, while One Indigo reached 96%. In Hong Kong, One and Two Novum Place achieved a combined occupancy rate of 95%.
