Idaho Copper Corporation, a mineral exploration company focused on copper, molybdenum, and silver projects in Idaho, USA, has revised the terms for its upcoming initial public offering. The company now plans to offer 2.8 million shares at a price of $6.50 per share, aiming to raise $18 million. Previously, the company had filed to offer 800,000 shares at $6.40 per share, later increasing the offering size to 2.3 million shares at the same price. Idaho Copper Corporation intends to list on the NYSE American under the ticker symbol "COPR." The company's core business involves exploring and developing the CuMo project, a copper-molybdenum-silver deposit in Idaho. The project spans approximately 2,640 acres and includes 132 mining claims, consisting of 126 federal unpatented lode mining claims and 6 patented mining claims. The project is supported by a preliminary economic assessment completed in 2020, with an updated report currently in preparation.
