On the evening of September 8, Chunxing Precision Manufacturing (002547) disclosed an announcement stating that some shares of the company's controlling shareholder will be subject to a second judicial auction, which may potentially result in changes to the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller.

According to the announcement, Chunxing Precision Manufacturing's controlling shareholder and actual controller Sun Jiexiao held 154 million shares and 15.535 million shares of the company, which were publicly auctioned through JD.com's judicial auction online platform from 10:00 AM on July 28 to 10:00 AM on July 29 (excluding extensions). The auction failed due to no bidders within the specified time period.

Recently, the company learned through inquiries on JD.com's judicial auction network platform that Sun Jiexiao's holdings of 154 million shares and 15.535 million shares (currently all under judicial freeze) will be subject to a second public auction on JD.com's judicial auction network platform from 10:00 AM on September 23 to 10:00 AM on September 24 (excluding extensions).

Chunxing Precision Manufacturing stated that as of the announcement disclosure date, the company's controlling shareholder Sun Jiexiao and her acting-in-concert person Yuan Jing collectively hold 335 million shares of the company, accounting for 29.66% of the company's total share capital.

The targets for this judicial auction are Sun Jiexiao's holdings of 154 million shares and 15.535 million shares respectively, totaling 170 million shares, representing 55.91% of her holdings in the company and 15.05% of the company's total share capital.

If all the aforementioned shares are successfully auctioned, Sun Jiexiao's shareholding in the company will decrease to 134 million shares, accounting for 11.86% of the company's total share capital. Sun Jiexiao and her acting-in-concert person Yuan Jing's combined shareholding will decrease to 165 million shares, accounting for 14.61% of the company's total share capital. At that time, the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller may potentially change.
