On May 7, the Foshan Financial Regulatory Sub-bureau issued an official approval document permitting Foshan Rural Commercial Bank to commence credit card issuance operations. The approval grants the bank the right to utilize the unified "YueNong" credit card brand owned by the Guangdong Provincial Rural Credit Cooperatives Union.

The Foshan Financial Regulatory Sub-bureau stated that the bank must strictly adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and supervisory requirements. It is mandated to conduct its credit card issuance business in a lawful and compliant manner, while effectively mitigating various associated risks. Furthermore, for any matters involving amendments to the bank's articles of association or changes to its market entity registration, the bank is required to report to the sub-bureau within one month of completing the relevant legal procedures.
