MTT GROUP (02350) announced that on July 30, 2025, its subsidiary Tritech Distribution Limited (Tritech) received a winding-up petition filed against it by CONVERSANT SOLUTIONS PTE LTD (the petitioner) in the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The petition relates to Tritech's failure to settle outstanding invoices totaling USD 45 million. The petition hearing, originally scheduled for October 8, 2025, has been postponed to October 13, 2025, to allow Tritech to contest the winding-up petition.
