Beijing Wantai Biological Pharmacy Enterprise Co.,Ltd. (603392.SH) has issued an announcement that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Wantai Canghai, recently received a Drug Clinical Trial Approval Notice issued by the National Medical Products Administration for its freeze-dried recombinant respiratory syncytial virus vaccine (CHO cell).

The approval permits the launch of clinical trials to evaluate the vaccine's use in preventing lower respiratory tract disease caused by respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) infection in people aged 60 and above.
