Guangshen Railway Company Limited (00525) issued documents dated 17 November 2025 regarding its upcoming extraordinary general meeting (EGM). According to the announcement, shareholders are invited to attend the EGM scheduled for 4 December 2025 at 9:30 a.m., set to take place at the Company’s premises in Shenzhen, Guangdong.

The proposals submitted for approval include a continuing connected transaction framework agreement with China State Railway Group Co., Ltd., under which an updated set of transactions and proposed annual caps are introduced through 31 December 2028.
