Ronshine China (03301) announced that for the one-month period ended December 2025, (i) the Group's total contracted sales amounted to approximately RMB 285 million, representing a decrease of 63.04% compared to the previous year; (ii) the Group's contracted gross floor area was approximately 26,745 square meters; and (iii) the Group's average contracted selling price was approximately RMB 10,671 per square meter.

For the twelve-month period ended December 31, 2025, (i) the Group's total contracted sales were approximately RMB 3.777 billion, a decrease of 50.96% year-on-year; (ii) the Group's total contracted gross floor area was approximately 334,800 square meters; and (iii) the Group's average contracted selling price was approximately RMB 11,281 per square meter.
