C FIN SERVICES (00605) has announced that on 2 September 2026, Qianlong Lingda, acting as lender, entered into a loan agreement with Client GN, the borrower.

Under the terms of the agreement, Qianlong Lingda has agreed to provide the borrower with a principal loan amount of HK$8.5 million, with a term of one year.
