CATHAY PAC AIR (00293) announced board changes effective upon the conclusion of the company's Annual General Meeting on May 13, 2026: (1) Augustus Tang, due to retirement from the Swire Group, will retire as Managing Director and Board Chairman in accordance with Article 93 of the Company's Articles of Association and will not stand for re-election; (2) John Slosar will retire as a Non-Executive Director under Article 93 and will not stand for re-election; (3) Wang Mingyuan has resigned as a Non-Executive Director; (4) the current Non-Executive Director Patrick Healy has been transferred to Managing Director and has been elected as Board Chairman; (5) David Turnbull has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director; and (6) Qu Guangji has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director.
