BYD Company Limited has announced a final cash dividend of RMB 0.358 per share (equivalent to HKD 0.41141 per share) for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.

Unless a contrary instruction is received, all registered shareholders will receive the 2025 final dividend in Hong Kong dollars. Shareholders preferring payment in Renminbi must complete and return the official Dividend Currency Election Form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, no later than 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, 8 July 2026.

BYD confirms that submission of the election form authorizes the company to remit the dividend in the chosen currency and discharges the company from further liability in respect of the payment. Additional handwritten instructions on the form will not be accepted.

Joint holders must obtain signatures from all shareholders, while corporate shareholders should affix an authorized company chop. Personal information supplied will be used solely for processing dividend instructions and updating shareholder records.
