CKLIFE SCIENCES Shares Surge Over 4% Following Establishment of Scientific Advisory Board

CKLIFE SCIENCES (00775) saw its shares rise more than 4%. At the time of writing, the stock was up 3.57%, trading at HK$0.87 with a turnover of HK$31.7098 million.

The company announced the formation of a Scientific Advisory Committee, comprised of independent experts from academia, clinical research, and the industry. Members include former Secretary for Food and Health Dr. Ko Wing-man, University of Hong Kong Clinical Professor and Director of the Cancer Medicine Centre Dr. Hui Yee-man, and Chairman of the Department of Oncology at the Chinese University of Hong Kong Professor Mok Shu-kam.

The group stated that the committee is a strategic organization that will provide scientific, clinical, and regulatory guidance to support the full-speed advancement of CKLIFE SCIENCES' research projects. These include several therapeutic cancer vaccines preparing to enter clinical research stages.

Furthermore, the Scientific Advisory Committee will offer specialized resources to help the company navigate the increasingly complex global drug development landscape, mitigate risks, and accelerate the pathways to obtaining regulatory approvals and reaching patients.
