Chaoju Eye Care logs 107,500-share buyback on 8 Sep; cumulative repurchases under 2026 mandate reach 4.99 million

Chaoju Eye Care Holdings Limited disclosed in a Next Day Disclosure Return that it repurchased 107,500 ordinary shares on 8 September 2026 via on-exchange transactions at prices ranging from HKD 2.51 to HKD 2.56 per share, spending HKD 0.27 million.

The company’s issued share capital remained unchanged at 701.46 million shares, as the shares bought back have not yet been cancelled. Including earlier executions between 31 August and 7 September, a total of 1.66 million shares—equivalent to 0.24 % of the current issued share base—are awaiting cancellation.

Under the shareholder mandate granted on 12 May 2026, Chaoju Eye Care is authorised to repurchase up to 70.52 million shares. Since the mandate’s adoption, the company has acquired 4.99 million shares, representing 0.71 % of the issued share capital at the mandate date.

Pursuant to Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 8 October 2026. All repurchases were executed in compliance with the Exchange’s regulations, and the board has confirmed receipt of full consideration for the shares bought back.
